PARTNERSHIP WITH BIPOC FARMERS IN FORT BEND COUNTY.
May 22, 2021
@1046 Farms is located in Beasley, Texas, women-owned and black operated. We have partnered with this family farm to build and implement a farm-to-school program with literacy experiences that are multidimensional and multisensory. We are driven to engage children in grades K-6 in the agriculture space through reading.
AFTER THE STORY WELCOMES YOU
Enriching Lives Through Literacy
At After The Story we’re provisioning free books and reading-writing connection activities with a technology arm; our desire is to combat the twin problems of student literacy disengagement and low academic achievement in reading. Please join us by supporting our efforts to make a measurable difference in the lives of our youth.
